After your Clarity Audit, most owners know exactly what needs to change. The challenge is executing it without losing sight of the whole picture while still running a business day to day.

We meet regularly - fortnightly or weekly depending on your needs. You implement between sessions. I stay across the detail, challenge your thinking, and refine the plan as things evolve. Every decision you're making across different parts of the business gets connected. Not made in isolation.

Where it's useful, I'll work directly with your key people too, helping your leadership team or staff understand the changes and get behind them.

Or this is the next step from your Clarity Audit or if you’ve given implementation a crack yourself and you realised you’re better off outsourcing it so you can work on other things right now.

I come in and do the work with you, not just advise on it. The scope and cadence are confirmed at discovery because every Traction engagement looks different. What stays consistent: I'm in your business making things happen, coordinating the specialists involved, and keeping everything on track so you don't have to hold it all yourself.

Traction runs in two phases:

Phase 1 - Reset We implement the changes your business needs. Systems, processes, tools, structures, built properly and documented so they hold. I project manage the moving parts and coordinate outsourced specialists where needed. Typically 3–6 months · Scope confirmed at discovery

Phase 2 - Ongoing Management Once the foundations are in place, I stay involved to protect them. Lighter in intensity. But you stay front of mind. I'm actively thinking about your business between sessions, bringing ideas, flagging opportunities, making connections as they come up. You have access to my thinking regularly, not just when we're scheduled to talk.

  • Yes. Focus is built for that. You can book a single 2 hour session, use it once, and walk away with priorities and next steps. No retainer, no pressure to continue.

  • A one-off Focus Session is $300. If you want more time after that, the hourly rate is $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum booking (can be taken in 1 session or split in two). You can use those hours as a short series, a regular cadence, or whatever shape suits your business.

  • Yes. A lot of owners use Focus as a steady rhythm, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, when a full Momentum retainer is more than they need right now. You stay in control of the cadence.

  • Focus is time with an advisor on a specific problem or a steady pattern of catch-ups. A Clarity Audit is a deep, structured assessment of your whole business across all nine lenses, with a 90 day roadmap at the end. Focus is the right pick when you know the question. The Audit is the right pick when you want the full picture.

Outlign doesn't replace your accountant, your lawyer, or your IT team. We don't do your bookkeeping, file your BAS, or your tax returns. We also may not go into great depth on some topics (but we’ll steer you in the right direction (or work collaboratively) for these though.

What we do is see how all the pieces connect and make sure the right specialists are working on the right things, in the right order. One point of contact. The whole picture.
