We understand how frustrating the whole Home Warranty scheme can be! Let alone tackle on the management of your profile yourself and making sure you have enough to cover you for not just the limits you have now, but for your future pipeline.

There’s a number of ways to work with us to support your business in regards to your home warranty. The pricing is as per below.

Note - To ensure we can support our builders well, we only accept a certain number of HBCF support service clients. It is available by referral only and accepted on a case-by-case basis based on availability.

Portal requirement: To work with me, you must be registered on the new icare Builders Self Service Portal (which becomes compulsory from September 2026). If you haven't switched yet, call icare to make the change. You will then be able to add me as a delegate.

Monthly Management Plans
Annual contract, invoiced monthly or annually. Retainer clients are always processed first. As a Outlign HBCF retainer client, this also includes check ins to ensure your profile limits are going to support your upcoming pipeline, and you don't get caught out.

Certificate variation rule: The variation fee applies regardless of whether the premium increases or decreases. Where contract value increases, 15% of the premium adjustment is charged in addition to the variation fee. No refund where value decreases — the processing fee still applies.

All fees are exclusive of GST. PER/SER fees are subject to confirmation pending updated icare portal processes. ASR + financial review is quoted individually due to variable complexity and timeframes.
